Introduction to Muscle Testing/Applied Kinesiology Zoom meeting link sent prior to class This class is a 3 session introduction to Muscle Testing or Applied Kinesiology. Each session is 1 and ½ hours. Muscle testing allows you to access your whole body system’s knowledge. We will learn 3 ways your body can communicate its truth to you.
